Our mission:
Pilot International’s mission is to influence positive change in communities throughout the world.
To do this, we come together in friendship and service, focusing on encouraging brain safety and health and supporting those who care for others.
Our Programs
Anchor Club
Founded in 1952, Anchor Clubs now include 200+ chapters and over 6,000 youth members across the U.S., The Bahamas, and Japan. Through volunteer service and leadership programs, Anchor instills character, altruism, and civic responsibility in tomorrow’s leaders.
Compass Club
Compass Clubs are Pilot International’s young adult division for members aged 18–26. These community-based clubs focus on service, leadership, and professional development. Members grow by working on projects that strengthen their communities and future goals.
Pilot Scholarship House Foundation
Since 1962, the Pilot Scholarship House Foundation has provided rent-free, cooperative housing for students at top Florida colleges. By partnering with SSF, PSHF helps nearly 100 residents annually save over $13,000, fostering leadership through shared responsibility.

Pilot Club International
Founded in 1921, Pilot International began in Macon, Georgia with a mission of friendship and service. Guided by the motto “True Course Ever,” its emblem—a riverboat pilot’s wheel—symbolizes leadership. Lucy B. Allen was elected as the first president in 1922.
